Established in 2004, Ya’lla Tours is a Tour Operator and DMC based in Cairo/Egypt, with branches in almost every touristic city in Egypt(Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Sharm El Sheikh, and Hurghada) and with affiliates in several countries around the world (Emirates, Lebanon, Greece, Jordan, USA, and Canada).
We have several departments to cater to different travelers: MICE, Safari, Adventure, Cruising, Diving, Dahabeyas, Leisure, and tailor-made. We own and manage a fleet of buses, vans, and cars in most of Egyptian cities.

These terms and conditions do not apply to private group departures.
Rates and fares:
· The prices of the tours are guaranteed, but if unforeseen circumstances beyond Ya’lla Tour control occur, i.e. increased government taxes, etc., Ya’lla Tour will adjust the price accordingly.
· Prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in the currency exchange rate.
Deposit and Payment Policy:
· 10% ( or as per the terms of the package on time of booking) deposit is required upon booking the tour.
· The final payment is due Forty Five days prior to departure for Land Arrangement. For Flights, full payment may be required differently.
· A change fee may apply to any changes made by the traveler after confirmation has been sent.
Cancellations and Refunds:
· Transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment, and other services are sold on a partially refundable basis depending upon the date, in relation to the departure date, such services are canceled. The cancellation fees and calculations are set forth below.
· 45 days or more prior to departure, a service fee of $150 per person, per country will apply.
· If a tour is canceled within 45 days of departure date and full payment was not received in our office, the deposit will then be forfeited in full.
· Once full payment has been received, cancelation fees will be applied as follows:
oMore than 45 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of USD 150 of the tour cost will apply.
o44 to 25 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.
o24 days to 10 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 75 % of the tour cost will apply.
oLess than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour price will be retained.
oNo refund will apply to any unused services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, touring, meals, and/or transportation. To cancel, the traveler should inform Ya’lla Tours by email or fax. Cancelation charges will be calculated from the date of answering email is sent by Ya’lla Tours, as a reply to your cancelation note.
Land Arrangements:
The Tour Operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, Ya’lla Tour will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. The Tour operator reserves the right to change the hotels listed on the tour for others of similar quality.
Responsibility and Liability:
Ya’lla Tour acts as agent for services provided by operators herein and cannot be held liable for any services provided listed in this brochure or any other services incidental thereto. Further, the responsibilities of air carriers are limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas Yalla Tour and the participating airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors, and others who provide the actual land arrangements. We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage or nonperformance occurring in connection with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Yalla Tour reserves the right to bring legal action to collect damages in the event that the purchaser fails to pay any fees due and owing for services, including cancellation fees as set out in the section entitled ’Cancellations & Refunds’. The parties agree that should legal action be commenced, the prevailing party will be entitled to his/her or its reasonable attorney fees and court costs in addition to the actual damages sustained and proven. Venue for any dispute is Cairo, Egypt. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Egypt.
Passenger responsibility:
The passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. Passenger hereby warrants that they fully understand each of them. Specifically, passenger understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, the passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the ’Cancellations & Refunds’ section.
Passport and Documentation:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. For more specific visa requirements, please contact your nearest relevant consulate for current information.
Entire Agreement Severability:
This is the entire agreement of the parties and it may be amended only by written agreement signed by both Ya’lla Tour, and the client. If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this agreement will nevertheless remain in force and effect.
NOTE ON INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling outside of his country. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Ya'lla Tour strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour including loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury, and death. Ya’lla Tours Egypt is not liable in case the client did not purchase travel insurance or if he/she were not insured. Ya’lla Tours Egypt does not interfere in the Travel insurance or in your choice of travel insurance. Ya’lla Tours can provide travel insurance for Egyptians traveling from Egypt to other destinations if the tour is purchased from Ya’lla Tours Cairo office.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended Ya’lla Tours.
For Egyptian traveling abroad, Ya’lla Tours Egypt may help in providing the insurance as long as the trip is arranged by Ya’lla Tours.
As for all foreigners using our services in the inbound destinations, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy related to your trip from your travel agent prior to arrival. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. Trip Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable. Travel Protection becomes effective at the time of receipt of the Travel Protection premium and may not be purchased after final payment has been made. We recommend getting all information and your insurance from your travel agent. Ya’lla Tours Egypt is not liable for the type of insurance you may choose and does not interfere in your choices.
Ya'lla Tours cannot be held responsible for unforeseen changes in sightseeing that may result in extended periods of free time. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
